Mira Nair’s Missippi Masala (1991) follows the love story between Mina and Demetrius, two people from opposite sides of the world. There’s a cultural friction between their worlds, but it only brings the two closer together.
Inspired by the colors and visual expression of the film, we’ve pulled together a selection of work that speaks to the warmth and color in this love story.
