The Canvas Credenza is an exploration of new materials and concepts. The solid wood construction of the case provides moments of beautiful joinery which can be seen throughout. The hand-dyed canvas panels provide a natural inconsistency that stands in stark contrast to the otherwise straight-line precision of the piece. The “monolith motif” drawer pulls are custom made and are scattered across the face of the piece as if the pulls themselves are alive and moving around.
